Do you have a desire to try speed skating after the excitement of the Olympic Games
If you would like to try speed skating, then the best way to start is to enrol in our final Introduction To Speed Skating session for this season. This program runs throughout March on Tuesday and Friday evenings. This will introduce you to the skills and thrills of the sport.
You will receive

3 consecutive ice sessions

your choice of Tuesday 7 pm or Friday 6:30 pm

use of speed skates

speed skate fitting - you will be sent an email with your skate fitting date and appointment time prior to your first session.
These will be held during our regular ice time at the Mount Joy Community Centre an Arena in Markham.
3 sessions for $99 + taxes and IceReg service fees.

This program is not a custodial setting. As such, parents are required to stay at the rink during the sessions when their child is skating, in order to provide rink-side support in case of an emergency. We kindly request the help of parents to put the mats on the ice at the beginning of the sessions.
